摘要:Seen as a cantilever beam with distributed mass system, the boring bar model and its state -space equation is built. On the basis of the dynamic model, a stability diagram of the boring system of the type of regenerative chatter is obtained. According to the stability diagram of the system, we get main analysis and comparison of the system stability near the fundamental frequency. In this paper, piezoelectric smart flutter suppression is carried out on a boring system with distributed mass, which improved the stability of the boring system. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
