摘要：Taking the drive control system of oil boom uncoil and rewound for the ship carrying oil spill recovery machine as the research object, the electric-hydraulic proportional valve controlled motor synchronous speed control scheme of master-slave as the control core of the PLC has been proposed aiming at the problem of synchronization control of dual-motor. The mathematical model of electric-hydraulic proportional speed coordination control system has been established and the Matlab/Simulink software been also used for analysis of the system stability and the output speed as well as the speed synchronization error. The PID unit has been introduced into this control system for improving the steady-state performance and reducing the response of output speed synchronization error. The simulation results show that the stable performance improved significantly after the PID unit being introduced into the system. The motor output speed stability and the synchronization performance have satisfactory results of the design.
