摘要:We present a theoretical calculation of magnetoresistance (MR) by including the hyperfine interaction to explain the recently discovered magnetoresistance effect in non-magnetic organic semiconductor devices. A good agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data has been obtained. It is found that the hyperfine interaction is of fundamental importance for the occurrence of magnetoresistance effect. In addition, we also discuss the effect of electron-phonon coupling on magnetoresistance.
