摘要：In this paper, the metabolic kinetics of glycerol bioconversion to 1,3-Propanediol in continuous culture is studied. Since there are some unclear factors in the metabolic system, we consider various possible metabolic mechanisms, and establish a mathematical model represented by a nonlinear dynamical system with possible metabolic mechanisms as discrete variables and kinetic parameters as continuous variables. To determine the most reasonable metabolic mechanism from all possible ones, and taking the relative error as the performance index, a metabolic mechanism identification model with continuous state inequality constraints is proposed, and an improved Differential Evolution algorithm is constructed to solve it. Numerical results show that the optimal metabolic mechanism and the corresponding dynamical system can describe the continuous fermentation of glycerol properly.
