摘要:We reported a wavelength tunable picosecond polarization maintaining (PM)Yb fiber laser at 1.06 μm by changing the tilted angle of the bandpass filter (BPF). The wavelength can be tuned from 1062.3 nm to 1063.8 nm. The output power was 5.1 mW with a low pump power of 68 mW. The pulse duration was measured as ˜ 2ps. In the meantime, the filter function of the intracavity BPF was also measured by a homemade amplified spontaneous emission (ASE)light source, showing very wide tunable spectral range of > 50 nm. This laser source is of great interest to seed a Nd:GdVO4 amplifier.
