摘要：Li1+xCo0.2Ni0.8O2 samples were synthesized by simultaneous precipitation and solution impregnation methods, characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and galvanostatic cycling. The results show that the spherical product, without impurities, has a typical α-NaFeO2 layered structure and moderate particle size. It is also shown that the product with x = 0.08 boasts high efficiency, high specific capacity and good cycling performance with the initial capacity of 183 mAh/g and the capacity retention of 93.4% after 50 cycles (2.00 mA/cm).
