摘要：The co-coagulation flotation is a kind of solid-liquid separation technology which can make micro-bubbles and floc tightly integrated into a whole. Based on this principle, the multi-piped co-coagulation flotation (MCF) wastewater treatment equipment was designed. The equipment mainly consisted of two sets of pipelines, one was for dissolved-air water, and the other one was for raw water. The two kinds of water collided and adhered in pipe mixing and reacting system. The co-coagulation complexes formed by coagulation were floated and removed in the tubelike separating system. Slag off achieved by changing the water level. In the experiment of this study, the removal rates of COD and SS in waste emulsion (COD>9,000 and SS>2,000) is up to 80% and 90%, respectively, on the condition that pH ranges from 7 to 9, operating pressure is 0.30-0.35 MPa, air-water ratio is 7%-8%, flow rate is 200-300 L/h and reflux ratio is 50%.
