摘要:Material constitutive model are very difficult to determined accurately with conventional material tests owing to limitation of stain and strain rate. Dynamic flow stress properties for aeronautic aluminum alloy 7050-T7451 are obtained and studied at large range strain(up to 2) and strain rate(102~105s-1) using material compression tests and orthogonal cutting tests(includes quick-stop test, measurements of cutting force and temperature).The Johnson-Cook(JC) constitutive model is chosen to describe flow stress behaviors for 7050-T7451. Finally, the JC constitutive model determined with two methods is presented and verified by test and simulation. The comparing results of output Fc between two tests show the constitutive model is reliability and reasonable, and superior to only by compression test in accuracy and applied range.
