摘要：In view of the unstable reliability of the power grid due to the integration of various intermittent power sources with power grid, this paper intends to discuss the credible capacity of the wind/PV hybrid system to research the complementarity of the wind power and PV power. Based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation, this paper develops the reliability evaluation models of wind and PV power and analyzes the complementarity and probability of output power of them. To tackle the misconvergence with a high calculation accuracy in the secant method and the slow iterative speed in the dichotomy, this paper presents a hybrid algorithm to calculate the credible capacity. By combining the secant method with fast iterative speed and the dichotomy with no misconvergence, this algorithm avoids the misconvergence when the fast iterative speed and realizes the high calculation accuracy. Modified IEEE RTS-79 system is utilized to verify the validity of the proposed hybrid algorithm. The result shows that the hybrid algorithm has a fast iterative speed and has no misconvergence. Moreover, this paper analyzes the ef-fects of the proportional ratio between installed capacity of wind power generators and that of PV arrays, the penetration of the renewable energy generations and the reliability level of the original system without renewable energy on the credible capacity of hybrid system.
