摘要:The dynamic model of micro piezoelectric vibration energy harvesters is established using the theory of strain gradient, the model reflects the effect of the scale of the micro system.The expression of the output voltage is gotten through solving the model, and then the parameters are simulated, the results of simulation accord with the experimental data. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
