摘要：This paper proposes a soft-switching DC-AC H7 current source inverter (CSI) with an auxiliary circuitry on DC side and a traditional H6 inverter bridge, which utilizes CSI boost characteristic and combines the unique advantage of shunt-connected switch in H7 CSI. With the presented shoot-through modulation strategy, the H7 CSI front-end switch is able to work at zero voltage transition (ZVT) mode, and realize zero current switching (ZCS) for the rear-end CSI circuitry. The proposed current source inverter could achieve soft switching ability for all power switches, and meanwhile guarantee the excellent performance with higher switching frequency. To some extent, the proposed soft-switching H7 current source inverter circuitry could be a promising solution for all CSI systems. MATLAB simulations with PSIM models and experimental verifications have been presented to show the performance of the proposed inverter.
