摘要:Electrostatic discharge is a common interference problem. In the test of electrostatic discharge, the injection of pulse is the critical and important part. The probe is a key device in the entire electrostatic discharge pulse test, which has been studied by many professional people. Transmission line pulse (TLP) is now widely used in the test of electrostatic discharge, which is used for the simulation of the TLP pulse production and the coupling of the probe. In this article, the protective effect of the capacitance and magnetic beads are verified by simulation. Furthermore, a proposed method is given to improve the protective properties of electrostatic discharge. Some convenient selection principles are provided for the solution when a problem occurs in the actual test.
