摘要：Pyroxene glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method on the basis of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-10% MgO phase diagram. Crystalline phase and glass matrix of the glass-ceramics were investigated by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microprobe analysis (EPMA), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and microhardness test. The results show that pyroxene glass-ceramics with single-crystal of Mg.89Fe.08Al.20Cr.04 Ti.01Ca.76Na.10 Si1.92O6 can be obtained in the sample heated at 810°C for 1 h and subsequently heated to 960°C holding 1 h with the heating rate of 10°C/min. The atoms in glass matrix is very complicated, not only including the network former, but also the modified cation and the intermediate former. Because of too little Si-O (bridging oxygen) in the [SiO4], disconnection of the glass network is serious, the matrix glass is easy of crystallization.
