摘要:A fixed-bed experimental apparatus with the capacity of 1kg coal was set up for coal pyrolysis by solid heat carrier. Shenmu bituminous coal and quartz sand was used as raw material and solid heat carrier respectively. The effects of initial temperature of solid heat carrier, reaction time and blending ratio on the yield of gas and tar were examined at different conditions. The results showed that tar yield was above 10 wt% when the initial temperature of solid heat carrier more than 800 degrees C, reaction time and blend ratio had lesser influence on gas and tar yield. At the investigated test condition, smaller coal particle leads to an inconspicuous increase on gas and tar yield. The characteristic of gas and tar products was also investigated in this paper.
