摘要:Large caliber naval gun weapon system in sustained and rapid firing process, producedhigh temperature and high pressure gas will form pulsed high temperature flow in barrel, causingthe barrel being heated and cooled sharply and then being in bad environment, affecting the life ofthe barrel. The research object of this paper is based on 155mm naval gun, to utilize the theories offluid mechanics and heat transfer and use ANSYS-CFX software, to simulate the heat response ofthe gun's rifling original portion under interlayer active cooling, and to analyse the effects ofstructure parameters of interlayer cooling system and flowing parameters of cooling liquid oncooling performance using the principle of heat transfer enhancement, providing guidance for theoptimization of the structure of the interlayer cooling system. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
