摘要:In this article a constitutive model for the nano-scale heat conduction is proposed by accounting for both the spatially and temporally non-local effects. Based on this model the heat conduction of the silicon thin film is investigated. The derived effective thermal conductivity and conductance of the silicon thin films shows a good agreement with the experimental and numerical results. Also derived is the condition for the thermal oscillation of the nano-scale heat conduction.
