摘要:Freezing process is very import ant for frozen food qualit y and energy efficiency of home refrigerators. This paper used finned aluminum plates to enhance the freezing process inside a freezer room. The frozen load t est package (M package, 10cm×10cm×5cm, 0.5kg) was chosen to be experiment al samples. The aluminum plat es were placed at different posit ions of t he food sample to see how they influenced the freezing process. All of t emperat ure dat a were measured with K type t hermal couples. The result s show t hat adding bottom or bot h bottom and t op aluminum plat es for M package could significant ly improve it s freezing process and the aluminum plat es placed on t he t op of M package showed no obvious imp rovement for freezing process. © 2018 International Heat Transfer Conference.
