摘要：Silica particle as core material was prepared by a modified Stöber method, and then core-shell structured silica@hydroxyapatite was prepared through a modified Pechini process. The phase and structure of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The formation mechanism of core-shell structured powder is that hydroxyapatite shell is deposited on the surface of amorphous silica with assist of polyethylene glycol and citric acid. The sustained-release behaviors of drug from silica@hydroxyapatite powders with drug storage are seriously depended on core-shell structure and pH value of phosphate buffered saline (pH=7.2-7.4) or lysosome-like buffer (pH=4.7). ©, 2015, Rengong Jingti Xuebao/Journal of Synthetic Crystals.
