摘要:The crack-compliance method is an effective means of measuring the inherent residual stresses in EW75M plates. However, the complexity of calculating the compliance matrix in the data processing makes this method impossible for engineering applications. In order to complete modeling in pre-processing and results extracting in post-processing automatically in finite element software ABAQUS, the finite element calculation software for the compliance matrix was developed based on the secondary development technology of ABAQUS and user subroutines. The "Model Change" and "Load Case" were employed to improve the efficiency and accuracy. And finally, the software was verified through applying to measuring the residual stresses of EW75M plates in rolling and transverse directions.
