摘要:From the analysis of pharmaceutical process of water circulation control system design, and details analysis on the delivery pipe's present situation of pharmaceutical process of water, and the relationship among velocity of pipe during transportation process, pipe diameters and pipe flow. This circulation distribution water system used pressure control valve, so it is convenient to design by series mode. Hardware circuit choosed PLC as the core part, and frequency converter was used for implementation device. The article discusses the PLC to achieve the q = n q(max) c of calculation through the programming, Described it could achieve a reasonable control in pharmaceutical water pipe flow, Avoiding pipe dead and waste of sanitary pump energy.
