摘要：Based on the change in electrochemical behavior of enzymatic activity, six kinds of acetylcholinesterase biosensor have been devised for investigation of electrodes sensitivity using different modified methods. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammograms (CV) were used to investigate the electrochemical response of the six different modified glassy carbon electrodes, respectively. The results shown that the gelatinous composite containing functional multiwall carbon nanotubes (FCNTs), glutaraldehyde (GTA) and chitosan (CS) was the best candidate to modify the GCE. Because of the excellent biocompatibility and good stability of chitosan matrix, it prevented leakage of the AChE from electrode. FCNTs promoted electron transfer reaction at a lower potential and catalyzed the electro-oxidation of thiocholine, thus amplifying the sensitivity and amperometric response of the biosensor. The peak current of FCNTs-GTA-CS/GCE biosensor can reach up to 140 μA and the peak voltage low to 600 mV. The developed biosensor exhibited good reproducibility, acceptable stability, fast response and low detection limit, thus providing a new promising tool for biosensor design. © 2012 IFSA.
