摘要:In this paper, the effects of different low-temperature plasma treatments on the content of formononetin in astragalus were studied. The seeds of astragalus were treated with 15 kinds of low-temperature plasma with different power (ranging from 0-280w) for 15s, Then the content of formononetin in the root of astragalus was determined. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the content of formononetin in the main roots after different periods of growth and the content of formononetin in the main roots of untreated Astragalus seeds after different periods of growth. With the increase of power, the content of formononetin of the main root of Astragalus showed a double-peak curve or a three-peak curve; The results also showed that the content of formononetin in the root of astragalus was 59.20% and 68.80% higher than that in the untreated seeds after one year of growth; After one and a half years of growth, the content of formononetin in the root of astragalus treated with 100W plasma and 180w plasma was 63.94% and 70.43% higher than that of the untreated seeds; Two years after the growth of astragalus seeds treated with low temperature plasma at 80W and 180w, the content of formononetin in the root of astragalus increased by 44.26% and 55.67%, respectively, compared with that of the untreated seeds. it was proved that low temperature plasma treatment had effect on the content of formononetin in astragalus. © 2019 ASABE Annual International Meeting.
