摘要:SaaS applications provide different services for tenants by customization. In order to adapt to the different needs of SaaS application process and reduce the complexity of customization and instantiation of process, the SaaS application process model self-evolving method is proposed for different types and scale of tenants in this paper. First the process customization operation is introduced. Then the method of mapping process to the point of space is shown. And a selfevolving method of process model is proposed. Furthermore, for the requirements of different types or scales of tenants may be not similar, a self-evolving process method which can evolve multiple process models is proposed. Experiments result shows that the method can effectively reduce the process customization complexity and the time of process instantiation. © 2014 WIT Press.
