摘要：With the wide adoption of Virtual Distribution Center (VDC) as an innovative logistics resource integration mode, the governance of VDC becomes a vital problem for the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency. Because VDC is usually based oil project, we can tackle this problem from the perspective of project governance. By analyzing the roadmap of project governance, this paper attempt to analyze the requirements and contract preference of partner firms who own different resources based on the resource-based view, and develop a number of propositions to facilitate empirical testing in these areas.
