摘要：Nano-sized spherical hydroxyapatite (HAp) particles were prepared via a wet chemical precipitation method after the solutions comprising calcium and phosphate precursors were mixed at a slow addition rate. According to the high adsorption capacity for drug (methylene blue, MB) and the standard deviation, the optimal experimental condition of sol-gel route was determined via the orthogonal experiment design method. The HAp/mesoporous silica (HAp/mSiO2) powder was fabricated through the deposition of mSiO2on HAp at low silanophilic activity under the optimal experimental condition. The adsorption capacity of MB onto HAp/mSiO2in solutions containing MB at a concentration of 0.10 g/L is 79.26 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm of methylene blue onto HAp/mSiO2is a type II isotherm, i.e., the monomer and dimmers of drug molecules are adsorbed on HAp/mSiO2. The sustained-release behavior of drugs from HAp/mSiO2is related to the pH value of the buffers (pH=7.2~7.4 in phosphate buffered saline and pH=4.7 in lysosome-like buffers) due to the influence of solution properties on the microstructures of drug carriers and interaction mechanisms between drug molecules and powders.
