摘要:Aim at the collecting agent dispersion, consumption of large amount of hydrocarbon oil trapping defects in coal slime flotation, the self-made anionic-nonionic surfactant is used in preparing diesel microemulsified collector LY for the defects of poor dispersion and large consumption, and the performance of microemulsified diesel and conventional diesel collectors was compared by coal flotation tests. Through pseudo-ternary phase diagram method, it is found that Kmvalue is 1.5 and N-amyl alcohol is the optimum microemulsion co-surfactant; and then according to the estimation of characteristics of microemulsified collector using laser particle size measurement, conductivity and staining, the formula was optimized as diesel, LYS, N-amyl alcohol and water in the mass ratios of 5:3:2:6. The microemulsion type and average particle size are O/W and 30.71 nm, respectively; finally, flotation tests with desel and LY as collector show that the best improved flotation index is similar, but the microemulsified collector LY consumption decrease by 100 g/t compared with diesel. The saving in diesel consumption of the microemulsion reaches about 73%, without regard to consumption of the surfactant and cosurfactant, and the comprehensive cost is less than diesel 0.23 yuan/t slime.
