摘要：In order to obtain the parameters of tire grounding characteristics, ten 205/55R16 radial tires manufactured by different manufacturers were selected to test the tire grounding pressure distribution. The correlation between the parameters of the tire grounding characteristic and the hydroplaning speed and noise was studied by correlation analysis method. The contradictory relationship between the hydroplaning speed and the noise was further verified by the grounding characteristic parameters. The relationship between the hydroplaning speed and the noise was presented by the principal component analysis of the evaluation parameters. The results show that the eleven parameters such as the third long axis coefficient, the second long axis coefficient and the grounding coefficient are the contradictory parameters, which are related to the hydroplaning speed and noise. That is, the two performances exist contradictory relationship. The ground length and the ground width are non contradictory parameters, which have a positive correlation with the hydroplaning speed and have a negative correlation with the noise. The contradictory parameters have significant impact on the hydroplaning speed and noise performance, while, the non contradictory parameters have little influence. The influence of the long axis coefficient and the grounding coefficient on the relationship between hydroplaning speed and noise is the most momentous, which can be used as an evaluation parameter to characterize the contradiction between two performances.
