摘要：To analyze the effects of cardiac rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure. A total of 180 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology, First Affiliated Department of Cardiology, Shandong University Qilu Hospital (Qingdao) from February 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. Patients were divided into control group and test group according to the different treatment methods according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in the experimental group were given personalized health education according to the condition of different patients, and guided and assisted patients in exercise rehabilitation. Moreover, in addition to conventional drugs, patients in the experimental group took Yangxin tablets. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, changes in cerebral blood flow before and after treatment, echocardiographic indicators, and HAMA anxiety scores were observed, and the six-minute walk test was used to assess the patient's condition. The overall effective rate was 94.44% in the experimental group and 77.78% in the control group. The overall effect of the test group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the change of cerebral blood flow, the cerebral blood flow of the patients in the Yangxin tablets test group was more obvious than the control group. In addition, patients in the Yangxin Tablet Test Group had a six-minute walking distance. The anxiety level of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Cardiac rehabilitation has a good therapeutic effect on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure, which can increase blood circulation and improve exercise tolerance, which provides a reference for clinical treatment.
