摘要:Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is an ultrasensitive vibrational spectroscopic technique to detect molecules on or near the surface of plasmonic nanostructures, greatly extending the role of standard Raman spectroscopy. Since its discovery in the 1970s, SERS has been applied to many analyses, especially in biochemistry and life sciences. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is an ultrasensitive vibrational spectroscopic technique to detect molecules on or near the surface of plasmonic nanostructures, greatly extending the role of standard Raman spectroscopy. The first explanation is that the molecule-surface interaction induces novel charge-transfer intermediates that have higher Raman scattering cross sections than do those of the analyte that is unadsorbed and on the surface.
