摘要：The composite conductive ceramics modified problem were discussed, details introduced N-type, P-type, electronics ion make-up-type and join connected conductive phase type conductive Ceramics typical changes in their mechanism and resistivity. The analysis show that non semiconducting ceramics are influenced by the induced matrix lattice distortion or substitution caused the concentration change of electrons or ions by the addition of dopant. Semiconductor conductive ceramics by doping the group five elements or group three elements formed N-type and P-type. They can produce a large number of excess electrons or movable hole. And the resistivity of the material is obviously decreased. Connected electrically conductive ceramics is formation a mesh conductive connecting phase by doped conductive phase in the matrix and this provide a conductive path for the transfer of electrons.
